Build a life worth living.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for teens and adults in-person or from the comfort of your home.
Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist in California and Washington who provides dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to children ages 5-17 and adults. I’m excited to connect and get started on your journey beginning with either an online or in-person appointment.
Start with an initial evaluation
Before we can begin therapy, we start with a 1-2 session intake evaluation during which I will gather information about you, your symptoms and your goals for treatment. From there, I can provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations as we continue to grow our therapeutic relationship.
In-person and remote options
My office is conveniently located in Sorrento Valley, right near the I-5 and I-805 free ways. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – I’ve got you covered with teletherapy. For those of you in Washington State, no problem; I’ll see you via telehealth.
